MAKING THE CHANGE
Making the Change is a participatory photograohy project, working with SEN students in Halton Borough Council to document their experiences of moving from youth services to adult services. This is a a transition that is normally difficult, with servcies users having to change schools, support workers and having to begin to take responsiblity for their own lives. Following on from a project last year lead by PhotoVoice, Halton Borough Council were keen to revisit this theme in an effort to hear the voices of their service users and shape the provision these young people receive in direct response to their needs.
This project was designed a lead by photographer Adam Lee in conjunction with Pamela Beaumont of SEN Services, Halton Borough Council.
