Kristy Noble

Kristy was brought up in North Yorkshire, educated in Photography in Lancashire and is currently living and working in London, as a photographer and assistant.

Her photographs take as their starting point nostalgia for the past and people’s stories, including aspects of their domestic lives and interior space.

For Transition, she is creating portraits of individuals that blur their own identities with that of a character from the past. The people she is representing use storytelling as a way to engage people with history.
